Deceptive practice

I asked the host several days ahead about extending the stay by one day. The host said it wouldn't be a problem since the next guest would check in two days after my original reservation end date. I paid for the extension via another website as instructed by the host. Less than an hour later I asked the host whether I could get a full refund if I cancelled the extension, the host said yes and cancelled the extension. However, the host never processed the refund.

All'arrivo alla struttura non avevamo ancora ricevuto alcun codice per poter entrare nell'appartamento. In bagno ho dovuto sistemare la vetrata della doccia che non si chiudeva e il mattino seguente ci siamo accorti che non era possibile alzare la tapparella di accesso al piccolo giardino. Il divano letto era piccolissimo e molto rumoroso. Sarebbe stato accettabile se il prezzo pagato non fosse stato così alto, infatti il rapporto qualità/prezzo è spropositato per questo appartamento. Il vantaggio è la vicinanza della metropolitana e vari ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze.
