Room was clean, comfy beds, door to bathroom did not close and did not provide privacy (staff informed but no action). Damp smell in room, thin walls not much privacy from other rooms. Staff (Laure) was polite and pleasant, safe place, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, attractions.

It was a quick walk to Notre Dame and a few other areas we wanted to visit. When I booked the hotel on Expedia, it said we could check in at 1430. My husband checked the hotel site and it said 1400 but at check in, we were told we had to wait until 1500. Yes, 30 mins might not seem a lot but we had an overnight flight and made it to the hotel with more time to kill then we thought and were falling asleep in the lobby. I would have loved to pay for early check in. We also didn't expect the bathroom walls to be see-through (Luckily we are married and weren't travelling with friends).

The hotel location was the best part. Right at the corner where the bus stop is and the Metro station as well. It is surrounded by bakeries. It is 3-min walk to a small street lined with restaurants of all budgets. It is a 20 minute walk to Notre Dame. The staff was friendly enough, nothing above and beyond, the rooms are spacious (for Europe) and clean. Small elevator, and they only has the one, but no big deal. Would definitely return.

Nice quiet street. Rooms were small but comfortable. Unfortunately elevator was out of order during our entire stay and we were on the top floor, stairs were pretty hazardous and lighting in the stairs were not helping as they were motion activated especially with cleaning trolleys be left in stairwells.

The room smelled muggy. The shower and and bathroom had hair. At night, past 12 midnight, we arrived at our hotel and the hotel was locked. There wasn’t an option to use our keycard to enter main hotel door. There was a doorbell but it took 10 minutes for the desk agent to answer and open the door. He a so the door in socks, without shoes. It appeared he was asleep somewhere.

DO NOT STAY HERE: BED BUGS! My two young adult sons stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. They are covered in bed bug bites now. We are concerned that the bugs infected the backpacks, and now are in our home.

The rooms were dated and dirty with shag rugs. The beds were like torture racks. The concierge was very rude. The bathrooms are dark like being in a basement with no grab bars. Dangerous for older people. I would not recommend this place.
