Great for a 3 star in Paris, staff is wonderful. Excellent value but don’t expect a 4 star business suite, this is in an old retrofitted hotel, so electrical and tv and overall space is more like Motel 6 but for the price, location, and helpful staff you can’t beat it! Afternoon tea time for guests at no extra cost is also a very nice touch. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and the location was perfect to get around all the main sights, however I wouldn’t book again, the windows in the room are awful and we struggled to get sleep due to hearing absolutely everything going on outside on the street and the cars on the road!

The hotel is rough around the edges, rooms need a minor refresh, but they are clean, adequately supplied and the beds, linens and pillows are excellent. Breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of fresh and delicious food and drinks - juices and coffee and teas- and was well worth the very affordable price. The hotel location is excellent if you prefer the Opera district, as I do, and with its entrance within the Passage Jouffroy, it is unique. There are so many restaurants, pubs, cafes and patisseries literally steps from the hotel, it is ideal. The staff was mulitlingual, friendly and very helpful. The multilingual staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive to my concerns.

No AC and no possibility to get room with working AC over 40 degrees Celsius in room - had to leave Hotel and no refund for nights not used and no response at all on all feedback and keys not working, walk up and down 3 times, awful smell and the night gate did not open, had to walk through a restaurant next door.
