📌 Please note before booking:
* At 35 m² (377 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. Once opened, it takes up most of the room and reaching the kitchen corner becomes difficult, so space is very tight for a family or a group of friends.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), on the 1st floor of a secure building with a lift, in a quiet apartment with a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
