breakfast good, staff helpful and courteous, room clean and efficient. a/c was a bit weak, and would like to have had access to ice or small fridge, but this was a minor inconvenience. plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores around including lidl right around the corner. local metro station not working at them moment, but not the hotel's fault. would definitely stay here again.

I was told when I arrived at the hotel that they could not check me into my room because their internet was down. They gave me no options so I was forced to leave and find another hotel. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in the room was not working, making it very difficult for us to sleep properly. In addition, the room was clearly not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was visible dirt on the floor, and the towels looked old, worn out, and were not clean. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. I previously stayed at B&B Hotel in Fulda and was very impressed by how clean and well-maintained it was. That positive experience was the reason I chose to book this hotel as well. Unfortunately, this stay was a major disappointment and fell far below the standards I expected from B&B. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate explanation and compensation for the inconvenience and poor conditions we experienced. I look forward to your prompt response.
