I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly during both nights, and we woke up in the middle of the night sweating because the room was so hot. It made it very difficult to get any rest. The worst part of our stay happened on our second morning. The day before, we had breakfast at the hotel without any issues, so we naturally assumed everything was fine. On the second morning, we were already seated and our breakfast was on the table when a staff member came over and told us we were not allowed to eat because breakfast was not included. I politely asked if we could have breakfast first and then clarify the situation afterward if there had been been any misunderstanding, but they refused. They insisted that we had to pay before eating. The way the situation was handled was disrespectful and embarrassing. Because of this experience, I was so upset that I decided to check out earlier than planned and leave the hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Better customer service and proper attention to guests are greatly needed.
