I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating. No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system. Much better hotels for similar money.

Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay. When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing. The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused. This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not followed through. I would not recommend this place.

Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

The service was terrible, window was open in room when I arrived. the bathroom drainage was not working. There was NO customer service to complain too. Hallways smelt bad. Just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend staying here......

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement catastrophique. J’avais exceptionnellement demandé au réceptionniste de pouvoir quitter ma chambre à 12h30, car j’étais en réunion Teams avec mes collègues toute la matinée. Cette demande avait été acceptée. Malgré cela, la femme de ménage n’a cessé de tenter d’entrer dans ma chambre : à 9h30, 10h00, 10h30, 11h00, 11h30 et enfin à midi. À plusieurs reprises, elle est entrée sans même frapper, alors que le panneau “Ne pas déranger” était pourtant clairement affiché sur la porte. Je déjeunais, je sortais de la douche et j’étais en pleine réunion professionnelle. C’est une atteinte inadmissible à la vie privée, un manque total de respect et de savoir-vivre. Le plus grave est que l’information concernant mon départ différé n’avait manifestement pas été transmise. Pire encore, à 11h55, le personnel a insisté pour que je quitte immédiatement la chambre alors qu’un départ à 12h30 avait été convenu. Vous m’avez mis dans une situation extrêmement embarrassante devant mes collègues en pleine réunion Teams. Avant de faire des reproches à vos clients, commencez par regarder ce qui se passe dans votre établissement. L’hôtel n’est pas climatisé, il est sale, il dégage une odeur désagréable et l’organisation est déplorable. J’étais pourtant un client fidèle de B&B Hotels, avec deux à trois nuits par semaine dans vos établissements. Après cette expérience, c’est terminé. Vous venez de perdre un client régulier. La pire expérience !

Bonjour, J'ai réservé via hôtel.com, le site mentionnait la présence d'une climatisation. Le hall d'accueil est bien climatisé par contre la chambre ne l'était pas, ce qui dans les conditions de température actuelle rend la chambre inutile. J'ai trouvé depuis des plaintes pour ce motif sur le site de B&B. Merci de votre prise en compte
