The rooms and bathroom were clean; however, upon entering, we were met with a strong chemical smell. The kitchenette was very small, with barely enough space for preparing basic meals, and there was no dishwasher. The stove and microwave were both in good working order. Unfortunately, both sinks — in the kitchen and the bathroom — were partially blocked, causing the water to drain slowly. The most serious issue was that the bed in the bedroom was infested with bugs, resulting in bites for those who slept on it. The divan sofa, on the other hand, was fine and showed no signs of infestation. Cleaning is provided once a week unless you pay extra for additional service.

Simply do not book this hotel. I’ve travelled my entire life and nothing has come close to this. Our first room reeked of urine which made it impossible to sleep. The hotel hallways then filled with smoke which staff explained was because clothes were burned by people ironing in the next room. The hotel instructed us to open the windows for ventilation. However, that just let in more smoke from the next room that also opened their windows, completely defeating the point. This lasted the entire day. We requested another room but there was a bedbug problem in that room too. I showed the hotel the bedbug bite marks on my body as evidence but they gaslit me into saying there weren’t any bed bugs. The problem was the bed frame itself was ripped open, exposing the foam which the bed bugs were likely hiding in. They said they checked, but the only way they could have confirmed this is by taking apart the bedding entirely, which when I inquired about this they just parroted “we checked”, blatantly lying to my face. Due to the hotel's negligence, I had to move rooms three times over the course of the week. When I moved rooms, the hotel staff offered to make the first night's stay free of charge. I asked if there was anything I needed to do, they said they would contact Expedia to process the request, but it would take 24 hours. I stayed until the 16th, and today is August 22nd. Expedia emailed today stating the hotel refused to provide a refund, bad liars. Save your money, don’t book

Excellent location, a metro station and Supermarket about 50 meters away. rooms equiped with mini kitchen so you can cook your own meals. No AC on rooms, but no need, just open the window and the cool breeze will do the job. If we return to Paris we will definetely consider staying there again

It was terrible. I don't recommend it.I forgot my braclet in my room last Monday 06/16. I called the hotel many times. The front desk they keep telling me that they will checked for me with the room cleaning staff, but I haven't heard anything from them.I keep calling and the keep telling me the same thing we will call you, but they never did. I've never seen something like that before. They're untrustworthy. If you stay there the room cleaning staff will open you're room while you're sleeping which's unprofessional. They also knocked my door the day of the check out at 10 am. they wanted to clean the room that what's scared me and made me forgot my bracelet there. I don't advise anyone to stay there.

Good location, although address in the confirmation took us too far down the road. Front desk staff varying in friendliness - but overall service good. Room was good; but no towels on arrival and weren’t able to get any until the next day. No frequent room service throughout the day, so bin was never emptied (we bagged everything up, but it remained in our room), and room generally left however we left it throughout the day. No air conditioning; so was quite difficult to manage temperature on a hot day, but overall was okay.

Nice stay. Happy to stay again.

Great convenient location above Intercity grocery store. A bit worn but very comfortable, very clean and a great deal. Got nice upgrade to nice, bigger apartment room. One of two shower doors was not hung well and a little scary. Underground parking enters and exits from Ave de Paris, get entry code after check-in.

Excellent staff, supermarket and Metro next door. Housekeeping a bit haphazard. Bin from previous occupants not emptied. Chipped bathroom sink, with hair in it. Policy is not to supply plug for kitchen sink! This is bizarre. Despite these niggles, I recommend this property.

Even though we checked in late, the room I reserved was not ready, the online pics were misleading, there was a foul smell throughout the hall, the room, and in the reception area, and the parking was not included in the price. However, the staff was really nice and it was conveniently located near the Metro, a grocery store, and numerous restaurants.
