The room itself was lovely and comfortable, but unfortunately we were not able to check in at the stated time of 4pm (which is already quite late compared to most hotels). We waited an additional 30 minutes, which cut into our very limited time to explore the city. As we were only in Paris for under 24 hours, every minute counted — so the delay was disappointing.

We stayed at Appart'City for 12 nights while we explored Paris each day. Our hotel was located within reasonable distance of several Metro stations (10-15 minutes walk). It is clean and modern, the buffet breakfast has great food with good variety, and staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was that housekeeping wasn't great- 2 or 3 times we had to get toilet paper or kleenex from the lobby desk when we ran out, as housekeeping had not replenished it. Otherwise a great experience.

Great stay!

The staff was amazing and super helpful. Everything we asked for, they supported. The metro is nearby with easy access into central Paris. There are friendly cafes and bars too. We would stay here again.

Very spacious room and bathroom by Paris standards. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located near the Gare de Lyon. Lovely overhead walk along the former elevated train track across the street from the hotel. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple of days and use the "food prep facilities", it would be a challenge. Not very much space, no toaster, not many dishes or cooking utensils.
