It is hard to give a review of the neighborhood because there was a race on and we couldn’t get anywhere for most of the .day. The room was great. The laundry room was great, and the service was exemplary. I would try it again to see if I’d like the neighborhood better but we were only there one night and couldn’t really ascertain.

We loved our stay. The room we selected was large and spacious, a real treat for most European hotels. The Free breakfast was beyond our expectations and have quite the selection and variety. Quite delicious. It made it easy for us to start our day. The area around the hotel is for the lost part OK. I did really enjoy the elevated linear park facing the hotel, as well as the quaint Bercy Village area. There are many transport options relatively close. At most 5 to 15 minutes walk away. A great stay overall. I think we'd stay here again.

The staff were all very helpful. The room started out very clean. We had a nice view of the street and loved that the windows opened. Small kitchenette with fridge, hob and cooking supplies was nice to have. The daily cleaning consisted of making the bed and removing trash, so any other cleaning was up to you, or you could pay extra for it. With no cleaning supplies other than dish soap, the kitchen area, floors, and bathroom were pretty messy by day 3. Definitely get up to the roof, it has a spectacular view and you can just see the Eiffel Tower between two buildings. The location was excellent. From CDG you take RER B to Les Halles and transfer just a few feet to RER A to Gare De Lyon. Not hard with luggage. Overall, I would recommend, but be prepared for a slightly upgraded studio apartment rental feel with some hotel amenities (luggage storage was a perk).

The staff was amazing and super helpful. Everything we asked for, they supported. The metro is nearby with easy access into central Paris. There are friendly cafes and bars too. We would stay here again.

Great stay in Paris. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s lovely with great staff, welcoming lobby, good breakfast. The room is excellent - comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower, tiny kitchenette. We hope to stay at this hotel in the future.
