Absolutely horrible experience couldn’t get in the property. Owner/host was not helpful at all!

Absolutely horrible experience couldn’t get in the property. Owner/host was not helpful at all! We had to access the mailbox to obtain the keys of which we did. Then there was no elevator which was not in the description at all and it was 6 flights up!! Then non of the keys worked to get into the actual apartment. We tried to talk with the owner but he kept responding in French even though we asked several times to respond in English. Then he finally responded in English and said it’s not his problem that we did not know how to use keys! We asked that he meet us and let us in. He said he was out of town. We then had to go to a hotel for the night. He refused to respond to us any further so we never were able to get in and stay there. We had to stay in a hotel for the duration of our stay in Paris. He is the absolute worst owner/host!! We requested a refund and have. Or heard anything back at all. We are extremely disappointed and upset!
