Ok, but we'd stay closer to the city next time

Large comfortable room with a useful kitchenette. The shower was cosy and leaked badly over the floor. Free use of the coffee machine at reception was good. Location is ok, about a 10 minute walk to the metro and a 20 minutes ride into the city centre. Very strict with checkin and checkout times and would not honour the VIP 2 hour late checkout on the email confirmation.

Hotel overall good condition and reasonably well looked after, however the room smelt of sewerage on entering and the air conditioning was locked at 24c. Which initially was great when coming in from outside (33c+) however it made it practically impossible to sleep at night.

Excellent accommodation for people that are skilled with transportation and self organization. Rooms are clean, the small kitchen corner is equipped with everything you might need: soap, towels, pans and dishes, we even had an iron and a vacuum cleaner in our room. There’s a number of nicely large supermarkets at 2min walking distance and a couple of bakeries to stop by for croissants and pains au chocolat in the morning and to buy bread for the day, large baguettes were 1€ so the prices are those of a residential area. Concierge service is extremely efficient and is available 24/7, taxis arrived in less than five minutes. The position of the hotel is quite convenient but not in the city center. Closest metro is a 10min walk and from there it’s a 30min ride minimum for the heart of Paris (Louvre, Tour Eiffel, Champs ÉlysĂ©e, OpĂ©ra). If you take the bus instead, it takes a little longer but the stop is right in front of the hotel which is really nice after a long day of walking. Be practical and prepared and you’ll have a great experience at an excellent price.

I stayed by myself and all the staff that I encountered with were all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. You did have to pay extra fees when you arrive in the hotel and towels and room cleaning is extra to be requested a day before. The room was a studio that is actually big enough for me with a kitchenette, a fridge, a microwave etc with a queen comfortable bed and the room has air conditioning. I suggest you bring a roll of toilet paper, your own towel and a bedsheet if you are a little particular. And pay extra for the breakfast daily when you book because it is worth it. Just a simple buffet but it had croissants, breads, cold cuts, sausages, eggs etc. enough to start your day. They also have an automatic coffee machine to make espresso etc. There are boulangeries and restuarants in front and near the area and a big grocery called Monoprix which is about a 10 minute walk where you can buy anything you need. The hotel is about 30 minutes by Bolt (Uber) to The Eiffel Tower etc, the Metro station nearest is about 10 minutes away but there are buses in front of the hotel which you can use. I had a very pleasant experience staying here and I would book with them again. Jose

Staying in this property was definitely a hit or miss. Now first I’ll give all the great things about it. We booked this hotel for 10 days but we only stayed for 4. The rooms were clean. One did not have toilet paper but we simply asked for it and they gave it to us. We did not do the booking with a breakfast and you must! The breakfast is good but if you didnt pay it then you have to pay 15 euros per person. There was always different staff members there. Some were not accommodating at all. Some were amazing! Deborah was kind and always friendly to our needs! I asked for her name just so I can mention her here! She is the reason why our stay here was great! Now what was somewhat negative. We were a family of 5 and we arrived very early. This is not a regular hotel as it is aparthotels. So the room was not ready when we arrived. We were tired and we did explore a bit but were so exhausted we came back and slept in those uncomfortable seats. One of the staff pitied us and let us in earlier than when they said. Another thing is the location. In Expedia I put Eiffel Tower to be the main focus of the hotel. Now you can see it the higher floor you are but the Hotel is rather remote from it. The amenities and everything was decent but we had to pay around 15 euros every time we wanted to go to the touristic areas. This is great for locals that can use the metro and things but foreign I would avoid unless you know your way around Paris. Other than that it was good stay!

Le meilleur aparthotel

L’un des meilleurs endroits que j’ai connus ! Commençons par l’accueil : chaleureux, souriant et trĂšs aimable, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours serviable et attentif, ce qui est trĂšs rĂ©confortant. Tout est Ă  proximitĂ©, pas besoin d’aller bien loin pour faire ses courses. L’emplacement de cet aparthotel est excellent : il n’est pas directement dans Paris, mais Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate, avec en plus plusieurs arrĂȘts de bus tout prĂšs. Il est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ© avec les ustensiles de cuisine essentiels, les lits sont confortables et l’ensemble est impeccablement propre. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, et j’y reviendrai sans hĂ©siter un jour!
