Room was clean and quiet. Area is all brand new construction so it is clean and modern. There are some local construction sites but we didn't notice noise. Breakfast was decent. Location is a little far from historic sites, but benefits from the quiet of a more remote location. Bus is a 2 minute walk from hotel. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I think it is a pretty new area. Good amenities, clean, accesible for us to where we had to go and staff are friendly. Just missing a laundry area, overall a good choice and if another opportunity i would book again.

I’m genuinely disappointed with my stay. We had booked 3 rooms for our stay.While the facilities were good, the main issue was the dishonesty of the staff. I was overcharged by 4€ for bottled water. When I raised the issue, it was dismissed without any real explanation or effort to resolve it. It’s not about the small amount, it’s the principle. I expect honesty and transparency from hotel staff, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I won’t be returning.

Great modern looking next to the Seine

Very modern and sleek looking hotel next to the Seine Rooms very clean and recent looking Staff very friendly and spoke better English than myself Bar didn't offer much choice other than beer or soft drinks. There were other options but far from your normal bar beverages

Nice hotel located next to the Seine river in the north part of Paris. The bus stop was close by and the bus and Metro take you to the downtown area. friendly staff, but I did have a few items that went missing, but this is not the hotel’s fault.

New build, safe, Saint Denis area

This is a new build hotel so it was absolutely clean but you could still smell the new wood and walls so might be something to refresh found amazing deal via hotels.com for this accomodation in Paris it is location in the new area that is developing so good to explore around and safe, apart from the commute to and from the hotel that is limited could not ask much the service was amazing, friendly staff due to the length of stay already made friends with staff there easy to communicate and got what we asked (like drink glasses, ice, extra coffee), slightly confused with the eco friendly options they have might be good to re think (paper cups, extra towels, air condition) my only issue was the air conditioning in the room that is not that functional and could not figure out but wide windows for ventilation safe and highly recommend

Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tasty continental breakfast. 5 minutes walk from metro (Google doesn't recognise the new Olympic bridge), which is simple and easy to get into the centre of Paris. Great value for money. Parking a few minutes away from the hotel. Easy access.
