Our apartment (100m2) has 4 bedrooms and has a capacity for 14 people. . It is ideally located between the Montorgueil and the Les Halles Neighborhoods, few minutes walk away from the Centre Pompidou/Beaubourg Museum.



In order for us to welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our aparthotels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.





You will immediately be charmed by its brightness and cosiness.



Furnished in a contemporary style, it keeps however a warm and parisian touch thanks to its exposed beams and its woodenfloor.



Equipped with 3 bathrooms and a big fully equipped kitchen ( refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided) directly opened on the living room, our apartment is the ideal place for a great vacation with friends or with family.



Moreover, the accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, electric heating, air-conditioned, 4 TVs.



Our location : With its small pedestrian cobblestone streets, the Montorgueil district has lots of charm. The main artery, Rue Montorgueil, is lined with local food shops, bars and restaurants as well as trendy clothing shops. In the early morning, delivery trucks and a bustling atmosphere reflect the Paris of yesteryear. In the streets parallel to Rue Montorgueuil, new restaurants, cocktail bars and bobo shops have opened, notably in Rue Saint-Sauveur, Rue Bachaumont, Rue Greneta, Rue Mandar and in the Passage du Grand Cerf.



ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit automatically. No noise tolerated.



For all reservation during new years, a deposit of 1500 euros will be requested.



Your reservation is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
