🔑Access to this apartment is autonomous. However, we are available 7 days a week to help you if needed. You can communicate with us through the booking platform.

-Lost or forgotten keys
Any loss or forgot of a key between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8 p.m., the intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with a surcharge.
If the intervention of a locksmith is necessary and the traveler is responsible, the costs will be entirely at his expense.

Forgotten objects
We decline all responsibility in case of items forgotten in the apartment.
If an item is found and mail is requested, a fee of 50 euros will be applied, in addition to the postal costs.

Lost or forgotten keys
Any key loss or misplacement between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.
After 8 PM, intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

We accept no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests shipping, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the postal fees.
