New hotel,friendly staff..But we don’t like shower head, it was so dirty and morning we were waiting for the bus to transfer in Disneyland (it was cold outside)but bus didn’t come so we had to take Uber. We chose this hotel because of the transfer to Disneyland and ended up not using it even once.

Rooms very spacious and efficient no negative comments there. Mediocre breakfast and snacks (which is what tried), there is lots of space for improvement. If you are going there for Disney park there are more hotels at a closer distance from the park and likely cheaper. I did not enjoy the vibe and design of the lounge and breakfast area.

A hotel on an industrial park with a shuttle once an hour and an expensive but poor quality restaurant. Rooms were lovely. Pool looked great but the chlorine was so overpowering it was uncomfortable to be in it for too long. Cheap and cheerful. Spent a fortune on Ubers.

We stayed there for 4 nights , staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel have free shuttle to Disneyland more thank 5 times a day. Easy to find and quick . The breakfast was very good with options for everyone, and fresh bake. Spa was clean and working perfectly. Over all very good and recommended.

Long queue. Room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. Very industrial location. Good parking, comfy bed, nice pool, easy access to Disney but shuttles weren’t running for a large portion of the day when we arrived.

We loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the room. However, the Reception staff member who greeted us was unfriendly and unhelpful - we had already completed online checkin with passport and credit card details and had to do it again at the desk. When I explained I’d already done this she just shrugged. We were handed a traditional metal key for the room despite having logged in to get a QR code and were given no explanation. After about 5 minutes of struggling with both the QR code reader and the key to our 3rd floor room I headed back down to Reception while the cleaners took pity on my husband and let him in. I was accompanied upstairs by a different staff member who then showed me that I had to pull then push the door to get in - very complicated! It wasn’t until we checked out and I mentioned the difficulties to yet another staff member that we were told there was an issue with the QR codes and that we should have been informed. In the room there was only 1 of everything (teabag, coffee pod etc) but once we requested a second, as there were two of us booked in, they were supplied. It wasn’t until late that we discovered the shower gel holder was empty (I hadn’t brought any) and the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work. However what annoyed us most was that despite the Disney Shuttle advertised on the website as operating every 50 minutes, nowhere was it mentioned that there was a 5 hour break in the middle of the day so we were stuck for over 2 hours, waiting. Frustrating!
