Estadia quase perfeita. O local é muito bem cuidado. Jardins impecáveis e pensados para surpreender os visitantes. As piscinas são quentes limpas e variadas. Meu filho adorou. O que poderia melhorar seria o café da manhã. Achei pouco variado e dificilmente fica uma pessoa no ambiente para auxiliar os hóspedes. Também perguntei se servia omelete e um rapaz disse que não. Achei estranho e vim olhar os comentários aqui na plataforma. Acabei achando uma pessoa afirmando que serviam omelete. No segundo dia, perguntei a outro funcionário e ele informou que servia, mas meio com má vontade. Pedi duas, mas ele só trouxe uma e com uma cara meio feia. Também não gostei do atendimento do restaurante. Pedi um vinho no primeiro dia, que demorou tanto que terminei de comer a massa e não chegou o danado do vinho. Suspendo o pedido. No segundo dia, pedi outra massa que não estava boa. Estava sem sal. Solicitei ao garçom para trazer sal. Ele ouvido e foi atender a outra mesa. Meu prato ficou frio e terminei deixando pra lá. Achei os preços caros para o atendimento e a qualidade dos produtos. No entanto, o ambiente é muito lindo. O que falta mesmo é treinar os funcionários. Fomos recebidos com cortesia apenas na recepção.

O hotel é muito bom e oferece muitas opções de lazer no próprio estabelecimento, como pedalinho no lago do hotel, passeio de charrete, etc. O restaurante tem um bom cardápio e a comida é de ótima qualidade. O atendimento dos funcionários é o ponto alto desse hotel, mas há um problema muito sério a ser resolvido com urgência, que é melhorar a acessibilidade. Rampas sem corrimões é inadmissível. Nos banheiros há barras de apoio e só lá mesmo. Recomendo à direção investimento pesado em acessibilidade. O acesso ao restaurante, por exemplo, é absurdo, pois é por uma passagem de madeira sem nenhum corrimão. Rampas por toda a área do hotel sem corrimões. Corrigindo a acessibilidade, esse hotel só terá a ganhar, pois é um excelente balneário em local muito aprazível e amplo.

Hotel recém reformado (ficou tudo novinho). 30 km de Maceió. Hotel Fazenda moderno e muito amplo. Para crianças é show demais. 2a vez que venho e voltarei de novo. O preço estava bem caro, mas acho que foi por conta do feriado de finados. Tem day use, que é bom demais e eu recomendo. Parabéns aos donos!

Me comuniquei com o hotel pra informar que estaria no dia da noiva e no ato do check in quando informei que a maquiadora e fotografa iriam chegar para me arrumar e fotografar queriam me cobrar day use. Sou bacharel em hotelaria e sei que o day use é uma taxa cobrada para usuários das dependências do hotel para lazer e essas pessoas iriam apenas para me prestar serviços . Me recusei a pagar e disseram que por falta de terem me passado as informações iriam liberar. Mas me chateei com essa cobrança... o ar tambem demorou muito para gelar. Ademais tudo saiu bem. Melhor que a apresentação na internet

Logo na nossa chegada fomos surpreendidos por uma estrutura melhor que aquela apresentada nas fotos e descritivo do Hotel. A área onde está instalado é enorme. São piscinas grandes, boa quadra de tênis e campinho gramado. Essas piscinas maiores, com até hidromassagem e toboágua, ficam na parte da frente do hotel, de uso comum com quem paga day in use. Na parte posterior há uma piscina privativa para hóspedes com uma pequena hidromassagem. As piscinas são muito quentinhas. O café da manhã é muito variado, com ótima torradeira para pães, opção de pedir tapiocas e omeletes, sucos da estação e muitos tipos de bolos. O quarto é muito grande, dando perfeitamente nossa família de quatro pessoas. Possui frigobar e split (um pouco pequeno para o quarto, demorando a esfriar o ambiente). A limpeza é diária, mas para ser feita até o início da tarde. No entanto, no segundo dia (primeira limpeza) voltamos ao quarto às 16h e a limpeza e arrumação não tinha sido feitas. Os restaurantes são bem distribuídos, com variedade de cardápio, boas porções e com um preço convidativo. Há dois ambientes, um aberto e coberto próximo às piscinas e outro fechado e climatizado. À noite há um outro ambiente muito chique e de decoração de bom gosto onde servem pizzas e massas. Gostamos mais das pizzas. No lazer notamos dificuldade para usar os pedalinhos disponíveis no lago central e o passeio de charrete ao redor. Era difícil achar um funcionário. As bicicletas, que acho ser boa opção, estavam desativadas.

O local é ótimo, tem uma área de lazer miito boa, mas deixou a desejar por não ter wifi nos quartos e o unico lugar que tinha nao pegava bem de dia. O café da manhã é muito básico pro porte do hotel. No meu quarto o telefone tava quebrado e por 4 dias nao foram consertar. Alem de nao terem localizado minha reserva o que fez ficar em quartos distante da minha familia.
