Located between 2 regional natural parks (Auvergnes Volcano Parks and Livradois Forez Park), lovers of outdoor activities will be in their elements. Keeping the style of a winegrower's barn, the house is bright thanks to its large sliding window and these Velux windows. We have kept the exposed beams and volcanic stone walls in a large room with mezzanine. For interior comfort, you have either a wood stove or reversible air conditioning. You can park in front of the house in a private courtyard. The house has 2 terraces, the first stone on the front with a breathtaking view of the Sancy chain and the other wooden in the middle of nature to rest.
