The highlight of this apartment is the large south-facing terrace with a far-reaching view of the mountains and sun from early morning until late afternoon. The apartment is super quiet away from any road traffic or other noise. Our guests park their car on their own garage parking space. The Partschinser waterfall is only a few (albeit steep) minutes walk from the apartment. Shopping facilities are very close in the village center.
The apartment (70sqm) has 2 separate bedrooms, large kitchen with dining table, a living room, bathroom with shower and bidet, an additional day toilet and a 30sqm terrace.
You will find everything you need to live, sleep, cook, wash and clean like at home.
There is also an elevator in the house. The apartment itself is located on an elevated first floor on a slope.
