The property was nice and spacious. Our room was next to the pool and kitchen where every day at 06.00 the staff would start chatting and shouting, which woke us up. Only three tables around the pool for breakfast, which were "reserved" so we had to eat in our room, which seemed pointless as there was plenty of space for more tables.

Optei por essa pousada pelas avaliações anteriores, mas infelizmente percebemos que essas avaliações não correspondem a realidade. Pontos positivos: atendimento (funcionários muito educados e simpáticos, principalmente o João); café da manhã (bem servido e as meninas da cozinha/copa muito atenciosas). Pontos negativos: limpeza e manutenção (claramente falta manutenção e limpeza nos quartos e áreas comum), piscina suja com lodo nos rejuntes, água turva, o quarto com ventiladores de teto e lustres sujos, teia de aranha no banheiro e Box sujo. Ar condicionado muito barulhento, pedimos para fazer a verificação do ar e providenciar um controle da TV, porém não houve atendimento.

A pousada tem uma estrutura bastante acolhedora, com ambientes bem cuidados pra receber com muito conforto. O atendimento do João e do Gabriel foi um diferencial pra lá de positivo. O café da manhã é outro diferencial, pois além de farto e delicioso, não nos obriga a acordar e comer correndo. Foram dias inesquecíveis... Muito obrigada pela estadia, equipe Refúgio! O atendimento da pousada é cordial, a limpeza do apartamento foi ótima e o café da manhã também foi positivo, farto e saboroso. Amamos nossa estada na Pousada Refúgio Tropical desde da recepção, instalações e refeição. O lugar é super agradável, amei a decoração, a piscina é aquecida, nosso quarto foi o duplex e meus filhos ficaram encantados. Café da manhã delicioso, tudo fresco, quentinho e diversificado. Eu e meu esposo viajamos em lua de mel fomos extremamente bem recepcionados pelo João, muito atencioso, gentil, indicou vários passeios pra gente, os donos da pousada também foram muito gentis conosco. Os demais funcionário todos muito gentis e simpáticos. A decoração do quarto estava linda, tudo cheiroso e muito limpo ! Café da manhã excelente, praticamente um buffet servido no apartamento pelas meninas. Tudo perfeito! Área da piscina uma delícia com música pra relaxar. Ficamos realmente pressionandos com tanta qualidade em atendimento,.conforto, limpeza e demais serviços.. Tem também estacionamento gratuito e bem próximo do centro de Paraty. Valeu muito a pena !
