The room we got was not as expected. Very dark and noisy from excessive air conditioner units outside kitchenette window. They were very stingy with towels—one bath towel for each person . No hand towels or wash cloths. The best thing was the restaurant kitchen. Very good food here! Great breakfast and dinners!

I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

Nossa estadia na Apple House Paraty foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Tudo superou nossas expectativas: instalações impecáveis, quartos confortáveis, áreas comuns lindíssimas e um café da manhã excelente. O spa merece um destaque especial. Carol e Deise foram excepcionais, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor, profissional e extremamente cuidadoso. As massagens foram maravilhosas e contribuíram para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais relaxante e inesquecível. Na Recepção todos merecem destaque. Como única sugestão de melhoria, acreditamos que a qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor, pois não está à altura do excelente padrão oferecido pelo hotel em todos os outros aspectos. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação. Sem dúvida, voltaremos e recomendaremos a Apple House a amigos e familiares!

No geral, estava tudo muito bom e gostei bastante da hospedagem. As observações abaixo são apenas sugestões com a intenção de colaborar para que a experiência fique ainda melhor para os próximos hóspedes. O banheiro é realmente muito bonito, moderno e elegante. Justamente por isso, acredito que seria interessante disponibilizar chinelos descartáveis para banho, daqueles que aderem melhor ao piso molhado e ajudam a evitar escorregões. Outra alternativa seria instalar um tapete antiderrapante ou adesivos transparentes antiderrapantes dentro do box(transparente). Essas soluções aumentariam a segurança dos hóspedes sem comprometer a beleza e a sofisticação do ambiente. Outro detalhe é a cortina do quarto. Ela não está conseguindo bloquear totalmente a luz externa. Durante a noite, entra claridade vinda de fora e, pela manhã, o sol acaba iluminando o quarto mais cedo do que o esperado. É um pequeno ajuste que faria bastante diferença para quem busca uma noite de sono mais confortável. Também percebi que os sofás brancos, que são muito bonitos e dão um charme especial ao ambiente, poderiam receber uma atenção maior na limpeza e manutenção. Eles já apresentavam algumas marcas e sinais de uso que acabam chamando a atenção. Reforço que são apenas observações construtivas. A estadia foi muito agradável, e acredito que esses pequenos detalhes podem deixar a experiência ainda mais confortável, segura e acolhedora.

Eu fiquei bem impressionado com esse hotel. O cafe da Manha estava ótimo, atendimento muito bom e os quartos bem confortáveis. Adorei tambem os lanches da lanchonete la no fundo perto da sala com cadeira de massagens que tambem foi ótima.

Apesar do percalço de receber no check-in um quarto de aproximadamente 12 m2 e passar 24h incomodado com o espaço, a central de atendimento entrou no circuito e me ofereceu uma suíte Master onde pude desfrutar com mais conforto a minha estadia. No mais foi só alegria!!!

A pousada possui uma estrutura excelente, de resort. Porém peca bastante na limpeza, pelo menos do quarto que ficamos: encontramos barata morta, chão estava arenoso e oleoso. Solicitamos uma limpeza melhor, e a impressão é que aumentaram o nível borrifamento de cheiro (estilo bom ar), porém o chão não ficou satisfatório. Piscina também não estava totalmente limpa.
