Very enjoyable stay, the staff were really good. The location is a disaster though, 15 minutes outside town and hard to get Ubers, the hotel did help arrange transfers though. Seems to be full of social media influencers.

I had a Nice time during my stay. The hotel staff are friendly, food is awesome (just just include a kids menu at the burger house). My kid loved the game area and the pool. There are just fez improvements such as mattress (tooooo soft) and must put the dogs away from breakfast/lunch/dinner area. They bother too much for food.

The Inn is super fantastic. The crew is wonderful. The place sensational. I just suggest the owners check the sewage system in room #4 we stayed in. The stench was unbearable.

- firstly the staff were an absolute credit to the hotel. From reception staff, to barmen to breakfast staff. All were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. In particular the lovely 2 english speaking ladies who managed the front desk. Plus the man who made the caipirinhas (freddie, johnnie?) - breakfast was brilliant, esp if you like cake!

Perfect stay - thoroughly enjoyable.

The hotel was located in a very nice place, the premises are terrific, service was unbeatable and the pools were clean and wonderful. Breakfast was amazing and we did room service a couple of times which was excellent. Special shout out to Roberta who went out of her way to help us out with everything.

A super place as a couple, a family or w/ friends

All was very good: Location, personnel, service, accommodation, pool, breakfast, view on the mountain.... We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Apple House Paraty with our 3 children (18, 15, 8). You need a car to get there but it is worth it especially if you don not want to stay 24h in the center of the old Paraty.

The service was outstanding. Everyone was supper friendly and helpful and showed genuine interest in make our stay most confortable. This is by far the best pousada in Paraty in terms of infrastructure however I was surprised that the service was so great. Regardless of the size you always felt at home and as stated above the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff was something I probably haven't seen before and I book over 50 hotels a year at last.
