Os apartamentos ficam dentro de um condomínio, bem seguro. Próximo a entrada de Paraty, poucos minutos de carro. Atendimento simpático. Pronto atendimento para ajustar problema no quarto. Estacionamento espaçoso. Achei o colchão da cama muito mole, internet funcionou bem. Piscina limpa, mas não utilizei, assim como o salão de jogos e a (bem) pequena academia. Dispõe de bicicletas.

O Apart é localizado na Rio - Santos, chegando em Paraty. O acesso (vindo de Trindade, Cunha ou Paraty) demanda atenção, pois é necessário cruzar a rodovia. O processo de check in é simples e ágil. Local possui portaria 24h e amplo estacionamento. O apartamento possui todas comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. É espaçoso e limpo. Nossa estadia ocorreu em junho (período mais frio) e o fato de algumas janelas não selarem totalmente o ambiente dificultou o devido aquecimento do ambiente. Tentamos aquece-lo via ar condicionado, mas não foi possivel. Caso viaje em periodos mais quentes, creio que não haverá qualquer problema, mas atenção caso sua estadia seja em periodos frios. Leve cobertas auxiliares. Apart localizado próximo a uma mata o que garante uma ambiente mais úmido e com temperaturas mais baixas. No mais, o isolamento acústico do local é ruim. Ao lado de nossa acomodação, tivemos o azar de ter como vizinho um hóspede que roncava absurdamente: nada agradável como se pode imaginar.
