Casa Tulipa boasts a privileged view of the city and mountains, a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere, situated in a condominium with colonial-style buildings next to the Historic Center of Paraty, ideal for those seeking rest and convenience while visiting the Historic Center and other tourist attractions of the city. Come stay with us and enjoy the beauty of our city.
The house has 4 excellent suites with air conditioning, double bed, smart TV and Netflix. We have 1 suite on the first floor and 3 suites on the upper floor. The rooms are spacious and airy, and the house is newly built.
The dining room has a table with 6 chairs in a space that connects the kitchen and TV room with a chaise lounge and sofa. The kitchen has a stove, microwave oven, double-door refrigerator, sink, and shelves made of solid wood in a colonial style, as well as kitchen utensils and appliances such as a blender, sandwich maker, and electric coffee maker.
We have 200MB Wi-Fi coverage for all TVs and areas of the house.
We also have a covered outdoor area with a barbecue and gourmet space.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven.
