Equipe educada. Estacionamento apertadisssssimo. Quarto pequeno, mas OK. Falta equipe, apesar de muito educados, restaurante a moca coitada fica sozinha, pra atender todo mundo, café atrasou. Equipe educada, mas talvez treinamentos e aumento de equipe. A Regiao de paranagua é feinha.

O quarto supostamente era para ser o melhor do hotel ( super luxo), de luxo mesmo não há nada! Somente decepção. Para começar assim que cheguei, cansado da viagem de quase 7 horas, pensei vou encher a hidromassagem relaxar um pouco assim que sair colocar o roupão fornecido pelo hotel como na descrição do anúncio diz porem começo a encher a hidro cadê o roupão? Procuramos na suíte e não havia, liguei na recepção e pedi juntamente com duas taças de vinho, depois de uns 15 minutos batem na porta eu atendo a menina me tras as taças e diz que o roupão so é fornecido com um custo extra! Eu disse que pedi pois no anúncio dizia que por ser o quarto superluxo, era forncido! Ela me responde vou verificar para o senhor.Estou esperando ate agora. Ela vai mandar por correios uma semana depois em meu endereço? Passamos por ela mais tarde ao sair do hotel para jantar fora ela nem para dar satisfação dizendo algo, simplesmente ignorou completamente o pedido.Acabaram os problemas? Claro que não, lâmpada do abajour da cabeceira da cama e janela do banheiro quebrados, banheira suja com um líquido marrom em volta, quarto com persiana black-out bastante suja e mofada, acordamos de manhã com a luminosidade entrando pois a persiana black-out que era para vedar a entrada da luz não veda completamente. Sem contar o teto do banheiro descascando! Pagar mais de R$ 400 para apenas 1 único dia em um "superluxo" com tudo isso de defeitos é decepcionante! Café da manhã qualidade mediana para ruim

Fomos muito bem recebidos na recepção em um "late check-in", o quarto era confortável e o banheiro bem limpo. O café da manhã muito bem servido e sortido e a equipe bem solícita. Parabéns! As áreas comuns do hotel são mais antigas, mas isso não é um problema!

Precisam de mais atenção

Começou que não me colocaram no quarto que reservei, minha reserva era para um quarto com cama de casal e fiquei em quarto com cama de viúvo (solteiro grande). O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, pedi para a recepção verificar e fui informado que estava tudo certo, tive que dormir com o ar desligado, o barulho não me deixava dormir. O hotel estava cheio e por isso o tempo de espera para a janta estava bem grande, fiquei uma hora esperando uma salada, dois dias seguidos. O hotel poderia colocar mais uma pessoa para ajudar na cozinha quando o hotel estiver lotado. Isso se aplica ao café da manhã também, as coisas acabavam e a reposição demorava muito.

Atendimento ótimo, a atendente que nos recebeu foi muito legal, mas não tinha quarto para nós, tivemos que esperar mais de uma hora, o quarto era super pequeno, não acomodava 3 pessoas, então colocaram uma cama de criança para um adulto dentro de um quarto que mau cabia a cama de casal, aí o ar pifou, não tinha quarto para três, a solução foi separar nos 3, mas a atendente foi tão legal conosco que nem reclamamos.
