Very clean room. Mattress was not a normal mattress. Felt the metal springs poking me wherever I laid. Must have been original from opening of proptery. And the HVAC was the noisest I have ever had in any hotel stay. When it kicked on it sounded like a jet taking off at Newark Airport. And stayed loud till it stopped. This was most of the night. Since I couldnt sleep anyway becasue of the mattress, finally just shut it off. Sad for a nice hotel in a good location.

We were arriving late, but we got an email to check in ahead of time with our auto info and credit card. When we arrived, we still had to wait in line because the staff said only the manager had access to that information and they were not there, so it was useless. There was no elevator and our son has mobility issues. We were put in a room on the second floor?! The rooms have been redone, but the inexpensive laminate had buckled and was coming up in the center of the room. the furniture they put in was nice and the beds and bedding were nice and comfortable. The ac/heat units worked well but were very noisy. It was a convenient location, but from the front looks very dumpy and had a lot of street noise. The breakfast was very nice.
