I have an issue walking and did not know there wasn’t an elevator. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and no one was there to help with my bags. After going back and forth with the desk clerk, she called her manager and found out how she could make the room change to the 1st floor for me.

Almost perfect

This was a wonderful hotel - far quieter than I expect since it is on a highway. During immense summer heat, the A/C was on, awaiting my arrival making the room comfortable from when I first opened the door. The only drawback to this hotel is there is no elevator. Lugging luggage up and down a long flight of stairs was an added chore.
