Villa Sophia is a large family villa situated in the popular Blue water village at the heart of Kapparis which is situated just outside the family resort of Protaras. Just a 2 minutes walk from Malama Beach and about 1km famous Firemens Beach, both are Blue Flag destinations, small tranquil beaches with white sand and crystal-clear blue waters. Kapparis has a wonderful selection of Bars, Restaurants, cafes and mini-supermarkets.
There is also a large supermarket approx 2 mins car ride.

The villa offers a large 4x8m private swimming pool, spacious garden with small children area, BBQ and an outdoor seating area.

The ground floor features a very spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fireplace, dining area, guest WC and Shower. The first floor offers a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedroom which can be set up as double rooms and a further shower room with WC.

The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet, and satellite TV.

Villa Sophia was a fantastic villa spotlessly clean comfortable bed plenty of amenities the pool and garden area were amazing ideally located in Kapparis short walk to beach and restaurants and bars best villa I’ve stayed in Kapparis and I’ve been visiting for over 15 years have already re booked for next year highly recommend.

Good villa and great area

Nice and close to restaurants and a couple of bars (2 mins to closest). Pool and gardens in right position for all day sun and setting sun. Close to a couple of great beaches (Ayia triada and fireman’s) walkable but in the heat recommend going in the car!

Lovely location and close to beach and restaurants

The property was great and especially so if you've got kids. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and I was greeted with a little welcome package which was really thoughtful. Communication from Shelley was fantastic and the check in process was super clear and simple. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fantastic holiday at villa sophie

The villa is very spacious inside and out. It has three showers in total. Fantastic big Bosch Fridge Freezer and washing machine was new. Every conceivable thing you can think of regarding kitchen equipment was there. Pergola outside with seating fir shade and outside dining table and chairs. There are six sunbeds also. We had a great time staying at the villa and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Best vacation and rental ever!!!

I have rent a number if villas through the years but this is with no doubt the best of them!!! Familiar, cosy, awsome pool and garden, all amenities, well working climate controls in all rooms. There is absolutely nothing to add! 2 min walk to beautiful Malama beach. If it would be available I would rent it again on our re-run now in august! The host Shelly is top of the game and you get fast answers on everything!!! Well done! Looking fwd to come back next year, if not sooner than that!
