This spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom villa with private pool is located in Protaras, close to the main strip, beaches and amenities. This is an excellent villa option for families and group of friends who want to enjoy all that the area has to offer, whilst staying in a quiet and relaxing location.

As you enter the villa, you will find the large and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There are patio doors that lead out to the pool and garden area.
There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The main bathroom is also on this floor with a bath tub, overhead shower and WC.

Great size villa good location, on the downside it's on a very noisy main Rd, was supposed to have a clean during mid stay didn't happen as the cleaners just appeared and the rest of the family were still in bed so just provided me with fresh towels. The pool doesn't look like the pictures and needs upgrading and isn't full. Other than that Great villa.

Pool was filthy with thick scum lines all around the top, rips in the lining allowing water to escape, needed filling daily with the hose. Pool cleaners came every three days and did manage to clean the top of the pool and maintained it during our stay but really needed to be done daily. Not sure the pump was working well enough to keep it clean. Work tops worn in the kitchen, blinds in the lounge were filthy and a cupboard in the lounge was full of rubble, dust and dead cockroaches. Table on the patio was held together with zip ties. Bedrooms were nice and air con worked very well. Pictures are very outdated and need to be taken again so people are aware of what they are actually renting as we were disappointed that what we had booked was far from what we had got. Location was great, access to a shop next door, Nicks bottle shop close by and a few restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Strip was around 20 minutes walk away with all sorts of entertainment for all the family.
