This beautiful villa features an open plan ground floor consisting of living room, dining room and kitchen with all necessary kitchen wares. The dining area consists of a dining table with sitting for 6 persons and the living area has been tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas as well as a coffee table and a Flat Screen TV.
On the first floor, the main bedroom consists of one double bed and the second bedroom consists of two single beds with built-in wardrobes and bed side cabinets for your convenience. The bedrooms share a family bathroom and a balcony to relax and enjoy the sea view.
All rooms are fitted with air conditioning units (both hot and cold) offering all year round comfort.

The patio overlooks the swimming pool and has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The spacious pool area has sun beds around the pool and plenty of space for play or relaxation.
There is also a small yard behind the kitchen, where you can enjoy outdoor cooking on the barbecue with your family.

Well-equipped, comfortable villa in good location

The only snag was finding it - the taxi driver couldn’t find it from the address. Once there it was exactly what we wanted - a short walk ro beaches, bars and restaurants and excellent accommodation

Property not to bad but ants in the kitchen . We asked for a late check out as we have done over the years we have spent in protaras we were charged 70 euros for a few hours to stay a bit later. We paid for an extra day which were given a receipt for but we were'nt given a receipt for the late check out. I have'nt got a good thing to say about the way they treat there guests.

Great villa

We loved our stay at this spacious villa. It’s in a great position with less than a 5 min walk to beach and strip but away from the noise of both. It’s well equipped and we loved the pool spending a lot of our time in and out of it all week. We only wish we could of stayed longer.

Excellent holiday at Villa Joanna

The villa was easy to find, and in a good location. The villa was very spacious, clean and looked exactly like the photographs. The pool was lovely, and the garden area around the villa massive. It was between a 5 - 10 minute walk to the main strip, and less than 5 mins to the beach. Nearest supermarket, bar, restaurant less than 5 mins. Excellent friendly service from Nikol and her staff. Any problems sorted super speedily. Would definitely recommend. The only negatives - and they are really very very small - in no way deflecting how good the villa or our holiday. A few ants in the kitchen. Lots of trees around the property (which looked lovely), but the leaves always found their way into the pool, so constantly cleaning them out.
