With its spacious layout, large private swimming pool and six modern bedrooms, Villa Jason is perfect for a fun family-friendly holiday, or groups of friends alike. The sleek whitewashed villa is in a peaceful area and boasts stunning sea views of Protaras in Eastern Centre. When you’re not lounging by your swimming pool, Protaras and Pernera, with their powder-soft sandy swimming beaches, shops and restaurants, are only a two-minute drive from the villa.

The interior is spacious with a minimalist style, creating a feeling of light, space and tranquillity. There’s a modern fully-equipped kitchen with an island seating four and a charming wooden dining table for eight – ideal for family-friendly breakfasts or more relaxed evening meals. In the main living room area, plush sofas and plenty of chairs offer comfy places to chill out away from the sun. Large patio doors lead straight out to an extensive garden and swimming pool area. Dip your toes in the crystal-clear pool, or find a spot to lounge, in the sun or the shade.

You won’t be disappointed by the stylish bedrooms either. There’s a twin bedroom on the ground floor as well as five bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and the added luxury of a large walk-in wardrobe. Two more doubles and two twin bedrooms lie on this floor, all sharing a balcony, where you can enjoy the fantastic Protaras sea views. The main family bathroom with a bath and shower is also on this floor. With a pool table, private parking and an outdoor barbeque too, the facilities at Villa Jason are second to none. All you have to do is kick off your flip flops and relax between it all.

Location:

Villa Jason is in Pernera, close to Protaras, a sunny resort town on Cyprus’s south-east coast. The popular holiday destination is renowned for its beautiful beaches and traditional Greek restaurants. The closest sandy spot is only 4.5km from the villa. Plus, lively Ayia Napa is just down the road (an 18-minute drive away). Coming from Larnaca Airport? No worries. It’s a short 64km drive from the villa.

In the nearby resort town of Protaras, there’s also plenty to see and do, and favourite activities in the area include cycling, horse riding and of course swimming. Kalamies beach is a popular spot, or you could visit Fig Tree Bay for more soft, golden sand that’s ideal for beach games, snorkelling or relaxing in the sun. You can part in water sports like pedaloes, windsurfing and jet skiing or head to one of the water parks.

When it’s time to take a break from the beach, small shops and market stalls are perfect for picking up souvenirs. In-between, stop for a refreshing drink or bite to eat at one of the restaurants, bars or cafés. Look out for fresh seafood. By night, Protaras comes alive. Try your hand at karaoke or sip on cocktails into the night. If you’re after more livelier nightlife, Ayia Napa is the place to be. It’s one of the party capitals of the world, so there are plenty of nightclubs where you can dance till dawn.

For the scuba divers, Cape Greco in Ayia Napa is an ideal choice. It has a huge variety of exciting caves, rock formations and canyons to explore. For a dose of history and culture instead, head to the capital of Nicosia (about an hour and 20-minute’ drive) and check out some of the amazing buildings including Selimiye Mosque and the pretty old town with its sandstone Venetian walls.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
