It is an excellent option for a fantastic holiday escape for families and a young group of travellers

Just incredible

We stayed in Villa Elite in July. The photos don’t do the property justice; it is much bigger than the pictures show with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Vast grounds and stunning views. Secluded but not totally isolated. Being set back in the hills, there was a gorgeous breeze while lazing around the pool in the hot temperatures. Car hire recommended. It’s about a 5 min drive to Protaras Beach, but too far to walk due to the hill and heat. Highly recommend!

Location of villas is very quiet gardens and pool area are well maintained however the patio furniture is in a desperate state of disrepair ripped and dirty .The villa itself is large with good air conditioning ,appliances , plenty of crockery but cutlery was a disappointment hardly any, only odd bits and pieces only 4 teaspoons for 6 of us!The villa itself needs a makeover and some serious maintenance especially to the bathrooms and is in need of a new kitchen . My wife and i had the bedroom with the bath in it , the white curtains were stained brown along the bottom it looked as though the door had been left open and the rain and dust had stained them , its a great size bedroom but a terrible bathroom no shower curtain ,no plug to the basin and no plug mechanism to work the plug to the bath just a hole in the bath , ants were in the basin which was also blocked until i cleared it , unfortunately there was a urine smell to the toilet room.The sea view from the balcony is brilliant.The master bedroom was a great size , the en-suite tiles had been previously taken off under the shower to do some repair but have not been re grouted and fell off the wall.The other smaller bedrooms just smelt musty The management company did respond instantly to some of our issue but i guess ripped and dirty furniture is down to the owners !This villa could be brilliant with a little bit of time and money You need a car as taxis will not come down the gravel road 25 euros! For 1 mile

Spacious house with excellent outdoor facilities!

This was a nice and neat house with excellent outdoor facilities. We especially enjoyed the pool and basketball court. We could have used more kitchenware, but otherwise no complaints. Victoria was a helpful host with loads of good recommendations for local restaurants, services and activities. Location up on the hill was great with plenty of privacy and beautifull views, not far from the Protaras main street, but at night time you need a taxi to take the short trip as it gets really dark with no street lights.
