To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There ar 18 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and the family bathroom door is 75cm wide.
