This fabulous 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys spectacular sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

Downstairs the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors offering sea views from every angle. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish, with ample seating in the living and dining areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay and there is also a breakfast bar with seating area. A twin room, a W/c and a shower is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, the villas has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is another double room and a twin room. The family bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower.

Outside, the overflow swimming pool is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the Bbq.

A satellite Tv and Wifi are included. The villa also has full air-conditioning and a pool heating is also available and is optional,charged at 35 Euros per day. It raises temperature of pool by a maximum of 5 degrees.
