A new, thoroughly modern and neatly decorated three-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, Villa Alassia 20 offers everything you may want for a comfortable holiday retreat. Part of a privately gated complex and located in a quiet, private road, Alassia is 1km away from the beautiful Armyropigado Beach.

The main entrance door opens to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent, bright ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet the expectations of even the most demanding traveler. The big sliding doors open to a generous patio area, complete with a private swimming pool, and offering the opportunity for comfortable Al fresco dining.

All three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping on high quality beds and mattresses. The master bedroom comes with double bed and ensuite shower facilities. The remaining two bedrooms, both doubles, shared a bathroom.
