Large 4 bedroom villa with a spacious garden and outside pool area. Inside there is a lounge with satellite television, DVD player and home cinema system. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect from a luxury villa. There is also a ground floor W.C. and a dining area for 8 people. On the first floor there is a balcony. Next to this there is the master bedroom with en-suite shower, one more double bedroom and two twin bedrooms with two single beds each. There is also a large family bathroom with a tub.

Villa Theodora 1 is within walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.



Within 10-minutes’ walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Fig Tree Bay and a bit further down the Sunrise Beach with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.



There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.



This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
