Wonderful villa in wonderful location! Everything is in walking distance 3-7 min walk. Villa has everything for the relaxing holiday near the sea.
The villa is an excellent choice for families and for wedding parties as there are several villas close to this one and also
Villa is located in the resort Pernera, Protaras. Shops, restaurants, pubs are in 5 min walk. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and an open plan living room, dining room with a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet downstairs. The patio doors lead you to the pool area with sun beds, BBQ and garden furniture, children toys. There is a private parking.
The nearest beach is in 5 min walk, there are other 4 sandy beaches in the area and all of them are in walking distance

Ideal location

The villa is as described,the property manager is excellent. But the pool area furniture is very tired and does need replacing,our group of 5 adults all thought that because we stayed at the back end of the season,this furniture was not being renewed any time soon.
