     Protaras Villa 1477 is a larger than normal 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with a spacious garden and outside pool area.

     The beach is just a short stroll away as is the Central Protaras Strip where are all the shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area is spacious with 6 sun loungers, a garden dining table, parasol and dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a BBQ if you do not fancy going out to eat.

      As you walk into the open plan lounge area, there is a large widescreen television, dvd player and satellite television next to an open fireplace. There is a breakfast bar and kitchen area with every utensil you would need. Downstairs there is also a guest W.C. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has en-suite shower and a double bed and two twin bedrooms. There is also a small balcony with chairs and a table. The family bathroom room with a tub and shower is also upstairs.

     The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high speed wi-fi internet free of charge. This villa is located just a few minutes walk away from the end of the Protaras strip on a resort which was newly completed in the summer of 2012.
