sandy beaches and clear turquoise waters, this modern 5-bedroom villa is one of
a small cluster of only four similar but not identical holiday rental
properties for the discerning traveller.
Standing on a
generous plot of 544 sqm, the villa offers you a covered living area of
300 square metres across three levels marked by comfort and style, with an
elevator for convenience. Enter your home away from home and youll immediately
enjoy the spacious feel of the open-plan ground floor with living area, dining
area and fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor can accommodate a family or a
group of friends in three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom.
The lower level is a self-contained apartment within the villa, with open-plan living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, serving one ensuite bedroom and a second one with a separate bathroom.
