This luxury and brand new villa is located in a prime, central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the main Protaras Strip, Sunrise Beach, Fig Tree Bay, and the vast selection of bars, restaurants, and shops that Protaras has to offer.
The villa is fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.
As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, all surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi connection. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay. You will also find one of the bathrooms with shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find three of the bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. The main family bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor.
This villa offers the extra luxury of a roof terrace with a seating area overlooking the sea views, which can be accessed from the first floor.
Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level which is accessed from the living room, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one double and one twin, which offer a shared patio. There is another bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC, a small utility area, and a full-sized football table.
Outside, the beautiful garden offers a barbecue, work-top and sink area, an outside shower, a generous-sized shaded dining area with seating for 10 people, an additional seating area with comfortable sofas, sun loungers, and a large private pool, ideal for those hot days lazing in the Cyprus sun. There is full air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €60 per day, with a minimum of 5 consecutive days. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for the pool heating to take full effect.
