Fabulous home in one of the nicest communities. David, the owner, is excellent and Bas, the property manager, is top shelf! The home is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. We will absolutely be back!

Actually it worked very well for 4 of us - it is a beautiful area and although this was in a row of similar houses the way the garden was laid out you'd barely know you had neighbors right Nextdoor. The grounds are very nice and well kept over all. It was a little further from the beach than we'd hoped but that was not deterent. However, IMPORTANT - ONE - I'd recommend rainy season as there are far less people, it's a beautiful beach and you can really appreciate I better with out tons of people and their pets and human noises all day long - TWO - if you are looking for a real Costa Rican experience the entire area is NOT where you want to go, especially in dry season. You might as well go to Palm Springs or resorts in Florida - you won't meet a lot of Ticos except for the help, We went to the farmers market on Sunday and it was nothing but North Americans a few Northern Europeans and they arrived en masse next to a Florida style manicured Golf Course on a Miami style boulevard in their golf carts, designer hat, sun glasses and all the gossip from and about all the neighbors they meet here each year. - the beach is amazing, you can get some decent tours, but I wouldn't fly all the way from the US or Canada to play bingo and Karaoke in the community center with all people like me in the evening - no harshness for the property - this is the WHOLE EVENT HERE. -

La villa parfaite pour une famille, relaxer et profiter de la nature. La cour arrière est parfaite pour la détente. La communication avec l’hôte s’est très bien déroulée. Nous avons même eu la référence d’une compagnie locale pour une excursion à Isla Tortuga et plongée en apnée et ce, à moindre coût. C’est notre villa coup de coeur des vacances.
