I liked the location of the resort, but I would never upgrade to premium again. You have to walk to another side to get your drinks, premium in not granted in the pool area so if you want a good drink you have to leave the area and the action.

I called the front desk to get assistance with fixing my loud and noisy mini split ac. They sent a man to check it and never returned. My floor would get wet and cleaning service was helpful to go and clean it. Shuttle drivers were great.

Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.
