Buona l'ubicazione, molto comodo il parcheggio. Nell'annuncio non c'erano foto dell'interno, il condizionatore in soggiorno non funzionava. Scarso il livello di pulizia generale, scarsa la manutenzione generale dell'appartamento, varie cose rotte o in stato di manutenzione scarso. Essendo tutti gli appartamenti a schiera c'è scarsa privacy e si sentono i rumori delle persone vicine.
