"We had a nice, large room with views over the river, but it was a little worn and needed refurbishment.
The bathroom was okay, but the shower water covered the floor and needed drying.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the Manager sorted out a problem with our safari booking, that had been made by a private agent for us.
The dining room staff spoke little English, and were not very helpful. They did not keep the room very clean either.

"A lovely lodge right on the Ken river. The staff were amazing and we loved having our meals on the tree-house restaurant. The rowing boat safari offered by the lodge (for an extra fee) was worth every penny."
