Charming family house in the heart of Bas Armagnac. Our house is in the heart of a park of oaks, lime trees and vineyards. It welcomes the happiness of successive generations of our family.
The house was completely renovated in 2022. It benefits from the complete equipment of a new kitchen with cooking piano, dishwasher, microwave oven,
- Large living room dining room and 5 charming bedrooms.
4 double bedrooms (3 X 160, 1X 150, 1 X 140) with comfortable mattresses.
1 bedroom with 4 beds in 90. A cot and a high chair will be at your disposal.
2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board and iron.
In the shade of the lime trees, you will find garden tables, deckchairs and comfortable armchairs.

The House is at the entrance to the welcoming village of Panjas which offers a 25 m municipal swimming pool 5 minutes walk away, tennis court and arenas for the holidays. You will be 10 minutes from Nogaro; its formula 3000 pilot circuit and the aerodrome which offers sightseeing and gliding. Eauze and its Market or Aire sur Adour are 20 minutes away. Vic and "Pentecost in Vic" are 1/2 hours away and Marciac and the Jazz festival are 40 minutes away.
You will discover our villages and its Bastides, our wine estates and the local convivial festivals
