Friendly and very helpful front desk staff Laurie. Though the hotel was fully booked during the time we stayed, we were pleasantly surprised that we did not hear much noise compared to some other hotels. Really good barbecue restaurant next door. Supermarket just around the corner. About 20-25 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon NP; can visit Red Canyon in between. Overall, this hotel is a very good value.

This place seems newly rebuild hotel, rooms, bathrooms are nice and clean. The place is in small town, so not many options for lunch and dinner, but there are some places are good. I would not go to Mexican place again. Overall, staff were nice and helpful.

I contacted Two Sunsets on two occasions with no response. We then tried to cancel our reservation, not because we chose to, but the national weather service projected flash flooding, which was beyond our control. With no response to them, we had to go to hotels.com followed up on our behalf. Sunset did not give us consideration in charge as the cancellation fee. Based on this, I would not recommend dealing with this hotel.

Clean room. Quiet. Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating! Unfortunately the queen bed sagged on one side, making it pretty uncomfortable. And the room and bathroom were very small. But, definitely the best place to stay in this town, for sure!!!

Please correct: The room was fairly clean, but there was no front desk service after 9:00 p.m. Around 6–7 p.m., I received text messages asking what time I would arrive. If I arrive late than 9pm she will arrange something like that. So we could not enjoy much super moon headed to this hotel. After I checked in, I texted to ask if there was a laundry room, but got no reply. The room was very small, and my room face street the traffic noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The only good thing is that the room was clean, but it was really too small.

Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly, lots of parking, comfy beds and very clean room. We were unsure due to old looking vibes from outside but it was amazing. Will be staying here again for next years balloon festival. We had 3 beds and lots of room.

A very nice place to stay overnight for people touring around Bryce Canyon NP. Clean and tidy room with a big TV, just love it! Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant right next to the hotel is good too, and it offers breakfast, making it even more convenient to start the trip early in the morning.

Small but nice room. Staff was very friendly. Only negative was the noise outside on the street. If you go to bed early and are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you.
