Room was clean, large, and cute. Staff was very responsive and kind, so the virtual front desk was no problem. It had everything we needed. It kinda felt like it was an old motel with a makeover, which isn’t bad; it just needs a *little* more upgrading like plumbing (the toilet barely flushed), better outlet placement, and some hooks to hang stuff on in the bathroom.

It was a cute little place but it wasn’t mentioned there was no one on site it was ran virtually only. We had a stained towel and needed another one, we had ants in our room and the ice machine didn’t work but all you can do is call someone. The had a supply room to get more stuff but you have to get a hold of someone for the code.

Rooms were clean and well decorated. Beds were ok, but the frames were not very sturdy. First room had no water, so we had to change rooms. The TV's were too small for how far away they were from the bed. Customer service is remote, can be reached by text or phone only and was prompt to respond about resolving issues.
