A bit run down, but it was serviceable. We slept well and the little cabin met our needs. We just needed an overnight stay for a day trip to Bryce Canyon and this place fit the bill.

I rented three rooms for one night. The only issue we had was one noisy refrigerator. I unplugged the refrigerator which took care of the problem. Very comfortable stay.
