This resort was amazing for covering all the right things. The room was very clean, the staff were very accommodating and their breakfast buffet was excellent. I have been around the world and this resort has shown me that there can always be a place out but this is as great as it gets!!! The staff are making sure that you are enjoying your stay! I can’t wait to back and enjoy the tasty food!

Great breakfast menu But the TV in all 5 rooms we booked was very disappointing. They should upgrade to smart tv, the cable channels had poor signals giving off a very bad sound quality, not a joy to stay in the room for long. Had to force ourselves to go out in the rain as there was no reliable room entertainment

From the check in to check out everything is a cash grab. Literally worst value of any place ive ever stayed. From charging $7/ person for the gym to over $50 per couple per day for the neighboring pool. They tried to stop me from bringing in outside food because they have room service (with limited options that ends at 9pm) and the wildest part they charge you $7.50 if you have leftovers at breakfast buffet... i dont even know if thats legal. lol pool was meh, food was meh, decor in the rooms are weird and cheap. If you want a super loud, rip-off of a hotel, this place is for you. I will say the workers were great however... just following the horrific policies put in place by a company that seems like its going bankrupt or something. bugs in room even on the 4th floor...
