Lovely place and good location , gardens and pool are lovey , we had a door that didn’t lock so they moved us straight away , good choice at breakfast , only thing would be good if hot food cooked to order as always cold , and maybe granola or cereal , but would definitely stay again ?

The room is quite basic, and the bed makes noise when you sit or lie down. There is also noise coming from outside. Overall, the facilities and fixtures are very basic. On the positive side, the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle and is nicely tucked away. The beach can be accessed through the neighbouring hotel. The buffet breakfast is also quite basic.

The Golden Palm was a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle around Alona Beach. It’s too bad there is no direct access to the beach and we have to walk around for about 10-15 minutes in the heat, but otherwise the pools were great and the garden is well maintained.
