First of all when I got there, I did not have a passcode to get into my room and had to wait about 45 minutes for an Expedia representative all of this should have been taken care of prior to my arrival.I ordered queen beds I had a king bed because it was two person to a room. The reason why I ordered two queen beds I was not informed prior to my arrival that I needed a host. The host that was assigned to me was unavailable. They did not supply the requested supplies that was needed for my room and I had to ask for things more than one time and did not ever receive the things that I needed

Large, beautiful apartment, great view of the city, fast wifi, convenient location close to restaurants, groceries and $4 Uber to Old Town. Only area for improvement would be adding more basic conveniences such a few more rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen utensils, bowls, cork screw, drying towels, glasses, etc etc that do not cost much and would greatly improve daily living for the guests.

Very nice apartment with city views. Clean (though sofa could use a good cleaning) Slight smell coming from near laundry room. Great kitchen with good assortment of kitchen utensils. Lots of closet space and the space was well organized. Wish there had been more than two rolls of toilet paper for the two bathrooms and more than two bath towels. The only issue I had was that I could not get into the room when promised and it took 2 hours to get in. Edgar told me he would check on things and get back to me in 10 minutes but didn't show up for almost two hours.

The amenities were not as described. The pictures were false in regards to what was actually in the apartment. There were no instructions on how to start the oven, which caused a fireball to come out of the oven when their staff tried to light it. In addition, the fire alarm did not appear to work properly as it was hanging from the ceiling, there was chipped furniture that could’ve been replaced or painted but wasn’t. The place was described as being on a high floor of a 64 floor building. The apartment is on the 16th level and it was not given to us in regards to what floor when we initially reserved the apartment. The noise from the street being that low is horrific and cause for not getting good rest.

The host's for 31G lack of apology for the broken air conditioning and the musty smell was frustrating. Things only got worse when I found a wet mop with a foul odor in the laundry room while doing my laundry. I ended up putting it outside until I left. When I got back home, I was forced to leave all my clothes in the garage due to the overwhelming musty smell. The Yoo is in a great location and definitely safe place to live while visiting. I can’t say the same for 31 G

Absolutely loved it. Spacious, walk-in closet private bathroom. Balcony and views were clutch, laundry all the aminities of home while on the road. Could not locate the iron tho but that really didnt matter.
