There was no free breakfast. The buffet was the same every day. Only one pool bar open so you were always standing in line for a drink. A minimum $25.00 to go anywhere in a taxi and if you stayed out past 2:00pm it took hours to get back to the hotel.

When calling the hotel, we were placed on hold several times with no assistance. $60 for the calls. Unanswered requests for assistance from staff on multiple occasions to assist with issues in the unit like slow-to-drain tub and shower, and stuck privacy door. We had 2 club suites and while the rooms were spacious and clean, there were no privacy curtains in the living area, and with the privacy doors being stuck open, we had no way to block the the morning light from the bedroom. Also had an issue with service poolside due to not having all-inclusive status. We had a credit card on file for our incidentals and restaurant service, but were told we needed to provide a credit card because they didn’t know how to access the credit card on file. We verified at the front desk that our credit card was on file, but it was a hit or miss if it could be accessed for purchases, so I had to carry a credit card at all times. The club access was satisfactory. There was a decent breakfast buffet, but only snacks at lunch time. Dinner in the club, or happy hour, was confusing. The posting on the door of the club states children have to be 12 to access the club during happy hour, but at the reception desk, it states 16. Our daughters are 10 so they were not allowed to enter, but when we went to the club for happy hour the following day, there were at least 4 kids under 5 in the club on the patio area. There was a lot of inconsistency throughout our stay.

The property was in a beautiful spot with a gorgeous of the ocean. The water recedes in the day but don’t worry it comes back by the morning. The food is good - good variety. One thing I will point out. Bring your insect repellant. There are microscopic insects (mosquitoes) that come out from 6pm-6am that you will not see or feel when they bite you until the next day when you start to itch the bites. After bite is also a must. Other than that we had the best time!

Friendly staff. Very clean. However, the sand flies or noseeums, whatever they are, were brutal. I suggest ripping out that grass around the pool area. Bug sprays was zero help. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel with amazing view of the ocean. Good food, comfortable rooms. Close to the city and easy transportation to the airport. It would be nice to have OTC medicines at the convenience store inside the resort in case of an emergency.

Excellent stay. Staff, rooms, and food were excellent. We didn't fo the all inclusive option but every restaurant we tried was delicious. My 2 favorites were asiana and star fish🤔 i believe was the name of the latter; they were frying whole red snapper that was fabulous. Spa was nice also. The spa offerings have different prices for pressure so that was telling. They squeezed us in for a couples massage that was really a rub down with oil. I wasn't surprised by that given the menu. They were still a great staff and experience.

Our stay was cut short by 5 days due to WestJet flight issues but Amanda the Front desk manager was empathetic and tried to make our remaining stay as relaxing and as welcoming as possible. There was a good selection of restaurants (the steak was our favourite) and the bar and entertainment good. The gym facilities good also. The lack of umbrellas to provide shade is a definite improvement needed and it would be better if the sun loungers could extend all the way back so you can lie in front. The tours were good too. The beach was fantastic for seeing wildlife and we saw Iguanas and Sloths on the actually resort which was a delight.

The room was great cleaning service excellent, breakfast at the Pacifica there was never enough food out and the food was always cold. My biggest issue was the day we checked in, I had to go to the front desk almost a dozen times over the span of 4 days because our keys would stop working, the front desk opened up a trouble ticket but to be stuck on elevator going back and fourth because our keys won’t work is ridiculous and something should of been done about it

The staff was great . The room on the other hand for the amount of money i don’t feel was justified. The phone didn’t work i also rented a rollaway bed that i had to get replaced because Jameel’s of urine . The second one that was brought the sheets smelled like mold. . I wouldn’t retime
