I booked the hotel and the AC broke down and they sent me to another hotel. The window was facing a wall and it was old and smelled. it was not what i had paid for. If you the hotel needs to send me to another hotel, the should send me to a better one. I was told the Ac was not working at 2pm day of checkin and i had no option but to go as i had no time to look for another one. Can i please request a refund or a credit for my purchase? Stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely stay! The view was great from my room, and I was given my VIP benefit (dining credit) after asking the front desk for it. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy! The hotel is centrally located, and about an 8-minute walk to the metro station, so it's easy enough to reach from the airport. I also ate at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed my meal :) The only downside was that the hallway outside my room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. I had a non-smoking room, but I guess the floor isn't. Overall, I'd recommend. Just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as voices carry in the hallway.
